Refund & Return Policy – Overview

Refund & Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged exactly as it was when received.

Please note that certain categories of products cannot be returned. This includes perishable items (such as food, flowers, magazines, or newspapers), intimate or hygiene-related products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable Items Include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Books showing obvious signs of wear
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, or missing parts not caused by our error
  • Returns made more than 7-10days after delivery

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its arrival and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a standard processing period.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, try the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—sometimes refunds take extra time to be posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange for the same product, email us at {Contact@NexaPC.Pk}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift—or was shipped to the original purchaser first—we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Your Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping amount will be deducted.

Shipping times for exchanged items may differ depending on location.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
